From the initial call with Darren, the survey/visit from Will and then the snagging report; everything has been excellent. We moved into a new build and had a few concerns regarding the property, far from an expert I thought it prudent to get an independent snagging survey carried out so that we had a concise document evidencing any issues with the build, from that first call we an appointment booked within 4 days. Will arrived to carry out the inspection and he was absolutely brilliant, he made us feel immediately at ease and helped out with any initial questions, he was extremely knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. He then initiated the survey and was very thorough, explaining each and every part of what he was doing and how this would transpire on the survey. Once the report arrived it was a great relief to see the issues that we’d encountered documented, we can now use this report as an independent document to take to the developer/builder and regulating body. We’ve also had a few questions since the survey and Will has helped out without any fuss. If you’ve moved into a new-build property and are considering getting a survey done then I would strongly suggest doing so and I would have no hesitancy in recommending Raising The Standards to anyone, they’ve done a brilliant job and it’s certainly worth every penny to get the survey done.
